Remix Weekly is Moving 

Dear Dallas West Coast Swing Community, 

 

We are thrilled to announce that our weekly dance workshops and socials are relocating to a new venue in Plano, just 20 minutes north of our previous location in Carrollton. This decision has been made with careful consideration for the growth and sustainability of the West Coast Swing community in the greater Dallas area. 

 

While we deeply value the support and enthusiasm of our existing community members, we believe it is essential to expand our outreach and create new opportunities for more people to discover the joy of West Coast Swing. Our move is not meant to diminish the importance of our current community, but to foster an inclusive environment that reaches a broader audience within the metroplex. 

 

We understand that this change might pose challenges for some of our supporters who reside further away from the new location. Please know that we hold no ill will toward those unable to make the transition for whatever reason. Our collective goal is to cultivate a vibrant and thriving dance scene that can flourish across various parts of the city. 

 

In our search for a new venue, we meticulously considered several factors, including affordability, proximity to other amenities, convenient transportation routes, the safety of the area, and the potential to introduce West Coast Swing to communities that have been less targeted in previous outreach efforts. 

 

Our vision is to contribute to the growth of the Dallas dance community by inviting a new population to discover the love of West Coast Swing we all share. By moving to Plano, we aim to create a space that encourages both experienced dancers and newcomers alike to experience the joy of West Coast Swing. 

 

We sincerely appreciate your continued support and look forward to welcoming both familiar faces and new enthusiasts to our vibrant West Coast Swing community in Dallas.
